Overage hours are billed at a pre-agreed rate outlined in your partnership agreement. We'll always flag when you're approaching your limit so there are no surprises.

What's the minimum contract length?

We recommend a 6-month minimum to see meaningful optimization results, but we offer month-to-month flexibility after the initial term. Great partnerships aren't built on lock-in.

Do you work with platforms other than Adobe Commerce?
