Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Grounded ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Description of Service
Grounded is a personal productivity and wellness app that helps you identify one concrete next action when you feel scattered, stuck, or overwhelmed. The App uses on-device AI to generate personalized grounding plans based on your input.
Not a Medical or Mental Health Service
Grounded is not a medical device, therapy tool, or crisis intervention service. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988) or the Crisis Text Line (text HOME to 741741).
Use at Your Own Risk
The suggestions provided by Grounded are generated by on-device AI and are intended as general productivity guidance. You are solely responsible for any actions you take based on the App's suggestions. Creatuity Corp. is not liable for any outcomes resulting from your use of the App.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Grounded offers optional premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time purchases via Apple's App Store.
- Grounded Premium (Annual): Auto-renewable subscription billed annually. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Grounded Premium (Lifetime): One-time non-consumable purchase providing permanent access to all premium features.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. No refunds are provided for the current billing period upon cancellation.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, content, and branding, is the property of Creatuity Corp. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.
Your Content
Any text or voice input you provide to the App is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to us. You retain ownership of any content you create within the App (such as journal responses). This content is stored only on your device.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creatuity Corp. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
