This Privacy Policy applies to Done: Task Closer (the “App”), published by Creatuity.
Summary
- Done is designed to keep your task-session data on your device.
- Done does not require an account.
- Done does not use third-party analytics SDKs or ad trackers.
- Done does not sell personal information.
Data Stored On Your Device
Done stores the following data locally on your iPhone using Apple-provided storage APIs:
- Task session titles and optional context
- Done criteria and completion status
- Shutdown ritual entries and handoff notes
- User-created reusable templates
- Local app preferences (for example, timer visibility)
This data is not synced to a Creatuity server by default.
Apple Services Used
Done uses Apple platform services for specific features:
- StoreKit for in-app purchases and restore purchases
- App Intents / Siri for app shortcuts
- Share Sheet / Clipboard when you explicitly share or copy handoff notes
- Foundation Models (Apple Intelligence) for optional AI features on supported devices
When you use these features, related processing is handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies.
In-App Purchase Data
Done+ is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase.
- Purchase and entitlement status are managed through Apple StoreKit.
- Creatuity does not receive your full payment-card details.
Notifications
If you enable features that rely on notifications, iOS may request notification permission. You can change notification permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
Children’s Privacy
Done is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13.
Data Retention and Deletion
Because Done stores data locally on device, you can delete app data by uninstalling the app from your iPhone.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
